The Sun Wall is made of wood and aluminum. The outside has aluminum cladding and a frosted double-glass panel that hides the PCM containers behind it.
If needed, the glass can be easily removed to service the PCM containers or electronics.
Inside, the PCM containers are mounted on a painted back panel, separated from the insulation.
The Sun Wall is installed on the building’s exterior and finished with colored aluminum edges for strong weather protection and long-lasting durability.
Inside the Sun Wall are special containers filled with PCM. These materials absorb heat from the sun quickly and store it so it can be used later, for example at night.
In the top of the window, there's a patent-pending electronic controlled valve. The valve work together with the database, to ensure the perfect indoor environment.
In the case of overheating, the valve will let some warm air out of the Sun Wall.
